Easy access to M1/A41 (can avoid traffic closer to the station). Easy and quick tube journey into Central London. The space is big enough to fit large vehicles, eg Volvo XC90. Although there was space, I had to go up the curb to get onto the drive so caught my bumper getting off I have an Audi A3 but anything smaller would struggle

The space was easy to find, with plenty of room between cars,
However , I wouldn't recommend using space 1 if you have a low car. There is a raised lip in the paving that scrapped the entire underside of my car when entering and exiting. Would not have used the space if this was visible on pictures.
Space 2 looks like it doesn't have the issue.

Great spot, easy for the underground station - about a 7-8 minute walk. Car charging was simple and easy. Will absolutely use this again if I need to go into London. A big thank you to the owner.

Space easy to find and felt secure. Worked really well for what we needed. Only comment would be that the space nearest the house (in front of the side gate) didn’t have a dropped curb, so you had to drive up and over the curb to park there. Might be an issue if you have a low car.
