7-10 minute walk to/from Stanmore Tube Station, dependant on how fast you can walk. Wembley Park is just 4 stops away so it's ideal for all Wembley events, and events at The O2 (the stop you’d need is “North Greenwich”) as the Jubilee Line takes you all the way through.
The M1, Junction 4 (heading North only, you can't join the M1 going South at this Junction) is just a 5 minute drive, for those heading North after their event.
Depending on where you’re approaching from, the space is NOT in the Congestion Zone or the ULEZ (Emissions Zone).
A Tip for getting Food before your event - the prices at Wembley are always extortionate and the queues are lousy. There’s a Nando’s, Pizza Express, Turkish, Thai and Fish and Chips (eat in available) right near me, on Stanmore Broadway (High Street) which is sort of on the way up to the Tube Station too. At the TOP of the main road (Marsh Lane) the Station is to the right but the restaurants are all just 30 seconds to the left. No queues and much cheaper too. There’s a Sainsbury’s and Lidl’s too to stock up on Scooby Snacks.
If going to an event at The O2, again the queues are lousy, so my advice is to get off the Jubilee at somewhere like Waterloo (Azzurro is my recommendation for a cheap and cheerful Italian) or London Bridge or Canada Water and then jump back on the Tube.

Good location, set away from the busy main road on a quiet cul-de-sac. Owner easy to deal with. Need to reverse into space and might be tight if you’re driving a large SUV. Main strength is 6-7 min walk from Stanmore station, best way of getting into London if the trains aren’t playing ball!
