Hithermoor Road, TW19

I would advise others to avoid this parking space. I’m sharing my experience to help other customers make an informed decision and hopefully avoid a similarly unpleasant experience. I found the owner’s behaviour very strange, and his handling of the situation left me questioning his honesty and reliability. I parked here for eight days while travelling and returned to find my front bumper cracked. I checked my car before leaving it at the property, and the damage was not there. The owner insisted it was already damaged. When I requested CCTV, he initially said he needed his son’s help to access it. He then asked how much I would pay him if he found footage proving the damage was already there. I found this response bizarre and inappropriate. He repeatedly brought up unrelated comments about customers with “better cars” and other Chinese customers shouting at him. I did not shout at him and repeatedly explained that I simply wanted to understand what had happened to my car. His responses felt evasive. The event-triggered CCTV clips he eventually showed me did not explain the damage. The matter remains unresolved, and I would not park here again.

Have used Tej on a regular basis and have never had any problems. 5 min walk to the bus stop for the 442 bus to T5. Works perfectly!

First time using Just Park for airport parking! Very good price, even though we secured very last minute. Easy to find. Was able to keep our keys. Car was picked up exactly as it was left, a week later. Extremely pleased + would definitely recommend + wouldn't hesitate to use it again in the future!

Parked here for 16 days no hassle whatsoever. Parked up dropped keys and got an uber to Heathrow. On return dropped a text to say we were on our way, we were met at the door with our keys and away we went. Would use again and recommend to friends and family. Much cheaper (even with ubers adding on) than Heathrow onsite parking.

Property owner decided to drop me off at the airport after i parked. Great experience, will definitely use this anytime i have to park

Had a great experience, easy solution to holiday parking. Having affordable option for airport transfer was brilliant bonus and made whole process really straightforward. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, we will definitely book again!

Have used Tej before. Fantastically convenient for Heathrow, plenty of space and always feels secure. X442 bus stop just five minutes walk away then next stop is T5

Have parked her twice when travelling from Heathrow. It's convenient, well organized and safe parking, Taj is very reliable and his transfer are good value .

The owner was very kind and felt very confortable

Very happy with the parking - my third time. Thank you.
