M Three Spires Car Park

1). You call yourselves Just Park, at Three Spires, Lichfield, There are 4 car parks to that address and yet on every car park, you don’t have Just Park notice?? On every car park there is a warning that £100 fine if you park without a ticket. I tried ringing your telephone number and no one was there to help. You call yourself easy to park, just drive into your spot and go? What spot ??? And which car park. I paid the £4 for piece of mind not to get a fine. I will not be recommending your easy to use carparking or even consider using you again as I lost £6.59 for what ???

Car park wasn't on the designated road. Happened to locate from provided picture of car park. Entry to car park not controlled with barrier and ANPR, so there could have been the scenario of no parking spaces available when I had pre-booked. i.e. parking space NOT reserved or guaranteed.

given the wrong car park post code, almost missed the performance at the hub which we had travelled a fair distance to see.

Total rip off. Paid £6+ plus to park on this car park only to find it full on arrival. Called 'customer service' which is a farce as advise you to talk to the 'space owner' first with no clear indication of who that is. Found a space elsewhere to find that on a Sunday parking fee is just £1 all day, no mention of that when booking by app! What a con! Will never use this app again.

The car park was not called Three Spires. There were several car parks nearby. The photo was essential to check it was the right one. That's difficult when you're driving. Aside from that no problems.

The car park was full I had to park somewhere else

The name of the car park was different to the name provided by JustPark This caused much confusion for us and our friends who we had arranged to meet there.
