St Margarets - Old Lodge Place Car Park Pre Book

Great parking spot but when I returned to car there was a typed note with my reg number saying I hadn't paid for parking and Im ight be clamped! I rang the number on the note and they did apologise and said they'd had problems with Just Park registering !

booked this space months before to attend my son's wedding. when we arrived there were no spaces available. I rang Just Park who taking a long time to answer told me there was nothing they could do. They said there was an alternative nearby for £54, I had paid £14. When I looked at the Just Park app it told me there were spaces at the place I was and could still book it for £14, whilst it was full! The agent I spoke to had no empathy and didn't try to find a solution. Avoid this location.

Very easy to book,and directions to the space were very easy to follow, very reasonable price for parking in London too.

When we arrived the car park bay, it had a car parked so we had to find somewhere else. Unfortunately it did not work for us.

Brilliant spot for us to park for Richmond. Safe and big enough space for our car. Clean and safe spot.

Finding the parking space was straightforward - there appear to be four adjacent to each other all with the same signage however all four were already parked by other vehicles. The signage suggests that the spaces are available through multiple apps / platforms. The contact number provided was answered and an apology offered but that is of limited use in the circumstances. Bay sizes and general environment are good.
