Arrived at Waitrose carpark but no signs to point us to the Just Park parking area.
Called the helpline several times , but sadly the phone kept just ringing. We had to drive off to search for alternative parking, very stressful ! My husband is disabled and had to miss out on a planed family visit. Very disappointing and the day could have easily been saved, had Just Park picked up the phone !
