I'm paying for a car park space, wanted to use multi use tickets but app not loading data for car park from 5pm onward ... and now won't let me use multi use ticket due to being over 24hrs. Unable to contact help centre - closed. Had to pay on a debit card instead. Need help to sort this out and refund payment and apply multi use ticket.

no spaces available I got a ticket and I want it removed I was waiting for 30 mins to find a space. I was not obstructing anything and paid for my parking. not a good experience.
