Unfortunately I made a mistake in booking here as I was in a rush & booked the wrong location - contacted Just Park within 5-10 mins of booking to try to cancel. The parking space owner refused.. although could clearly see I had made a mistake & I never parked there. I appreciate it was my fault but a little understanding would have been nice. Just Park customer service were great but unfortunately the owner refused the refund.
