Space was easy to find and is tucked behind the building so is quiet and safe. The assigned space is on the end of the row so you can put your car all the way to one side to protect it from other cars' doors.
One slight correction, the street name is Elm Lawns Close, not Elms Lawn Close as stated on the description.

The space was advertised as "big enough to fit a van/minibus". However, this does rely on the end space occupant being considerate. In our case, they were just within their lines, but could have been a lot further over to give more space to others. Our Ionic 5 did fit in the space allocated, but if someone had been in the space on the other side of us this would have been almost impossible (wide car, large turning circle).
However, all was well - this is nicely tucked away but an easy walk to the city centre. We would use it again if in S/A.
