Option1:
My driveway will hold 5 cars: 3 cars bay parked (medium size cars) and 2/3 cars parked on the entrance line (small/medium size).
I MAY need some cars (depending where your car is placed) for the key to be kept in my possession (locked safe box at home) IF I need to move the car to let other cars in and out... MAYBE?
Driveway has security lighting and security camera.
Option2:
Residence permit- I can POTENTIALLY purchase 5 or more permits for customer who want to park slightly closer to the beach direction? These are for road parking. I don't need your key. I will provide you local map of the parking area which my permit will cover you for. Permit will cover you a full 12 hours.
When you book - please let me know if you want parking option1 or option2 ?
Same as last year I will get my schedule in place.

Driveway for 3 cars and entrance line can be used to park 2 more cars. These are permit exempt, so no problem for parking.
Enjoy your time at local southsea festivals and football games without the worry of permits or parking tickets. My driveway is approx 15min walk from the beach and/or football stadium and train station is 5min walk.

All good, owner called a few hours before to confirm booking and instructions for parking. Very convenient for Fratton Park, about a 10 - 15 min leisurely walk.

Parking was easy to find, I was met outside by Abz the owner who was very kind and offered us a lift to victorious festival, having three children with me this took all my stress away and was a massive help to ensure we enjoyed our day, Abz also offered to pick us up when he had finished for for a small fee which I was happy to pay, although I didn’t use his services again later that evening Abz thanked me for the money I sent for the lift and checked we got home safely. Would highly recommend his parking spaces :) Emily
