Welcome to our family-run parking space in Portsmouth! We're here to make your visit as easy, convenient and stress-free as possible, whether you're visiting Southsea's beautiful seafront, attending a festival, or heading to a football match at Fratton Park.
✅ NO PERMITS REQUIRED – Enjoy hassle-free parking without worrying about residential parking permits or parking tickets.
PARKING CAPACITY
Our parking area can accommodate:
• 3 cars comfortably on the main driveway.
• 2 additional medium/large cars along the entrance line, or up to 3 small cars during peak periods, depending on vehicle sizes and available space.
• 2 additional car in the rear off-road parking area.
GREAT LOCATION – CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!
• ️ Southsea Beach – approximately 25 minutes' walk.
• ⚽ Fratton Park Football Stadium – approximately 8 minutes' walk.
• Fratton Train Station – approximately 5 minutes' walk.
• ️ Portsmouth City Centre & Dockyards shopping– approximately 20 minutes' walk.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ BEFORE PARKING
To make sure everyone has enough room to park, open their doors and leave safely, please follow the instructions below.
MAIN DRIVEWAY – 3 PARKING SPACES
Please imagine you're standing at the entrance looking towards the house. The spaces are arranged from LEFT TO RIGHT.
➡️ CAR 1 – LEFT-HAND SPACE
• Park facing TOWARDS the house/windows.
• Position your car as close as reasonably possible to the small wall/fence on the LEFT.
• This helps leave enough room for the driver to get in and out comfortably.
➡️ CAR 2 – MIDDLE SPACE
• You can park facing TOWARDS or AWAY from the house.
• This space is ideally suited to SMALL or MEDIUM-SIZED cars.
• Please park centrally within the space to allow room for neighbouring vehicles.
➡️ CAR 3 – RIGHT-HAND SPACE
• Park facing AWAY from the house.
• Position your car as close as reasonably possible to the small wall on the RIGHT.
• This helps provide enough room for the driver to open the car door.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
• Please park carefully and avoid taking up more than your allocated space.
• Vehicle sizes matter, so please follow any additional guidance provided on arrival.
• If you're unsure where to park, please contact me before manoeuvring into a space.

27/28/29 August
Same as last year (and it worked perfectly and had 100% happy customers for victorious 2023 & 2024 & 2025 & 2026- see reviews)
Option1:
- My driveway will hold 6 cars in bay parking (over 3 of my properties).
- 3 cars on the entrance line
- 2/3 cars at the rear of my property
That's 12 cars in my premises
I MAY need some cars (depending where your car is placed) for the key to be kept in my possession (locked safe box at home) IF I need to move the car to let other cars in and out... MAYBE? .. but again 5 keys out of 12.
Driveway has security lighting and security camera.
Option2:
Residence permit - I can POTENTIALLY purchase 5 or more permits for customer who want to park slightly closer to the beach direction? These are for road parking. I don't need your key. I will provide you local map of the parking area which my permit will cover you for. Permit will cover you a full 12 hours and cover approx 7-8 roads. So approx 10 min approx closer walk to beach.

Same as last year I will get my schedule in place.
