My booked space was not there when I arrived. All the spaces were taken. I could not find a phone number to call and needed to get this sorted asap, so left to find parking elsewhere. I payed for something I did not get, so I lost money as refunds are only given if you cancel 24hrs beforehand. Not using again.

Despite JustPark’s reassurance in all communications that our space was confirmed and reserved, when we arrived there were no spaces available!! Don’t trust their booking system.
