We booked this car parking space in good faith. While driving home a warning light came on for tyre pressure. Managed to get the care home but the following morning the Tyre blew. On investigation and a tyre specialist looking at this, it was found the tyre had been slashed. This has happened while in the car parking space. A stanley knife tip was found in the tyre. This could have caused have caused a serious crash and loss of life.

Excellent spot for going to Utilita Bowl.. only 20 mins walk. Easy to find as long as you do follow instructions carefully in last 100+ mètres, once you're in Shamblehurst Lane...and turning right. Felt very safe. Plenty of space. Good value
