To avoid the traffic queues on big event days leave the M27 at junction 7 ignore the brown sign for the Ageas bowl and take the 4th exit (east bound or 1st exit (west bound) signposted for A334 Southampton and proceed along Charles Watts way, then at the next roundabout take the 4th exit signposted A27 West End, proceed along Moorhill Road for approx 1/2 a mile then turn right onto West End road, go straight over the mini roundabout and at the next mini roundabout turn right and then immediately left onto St James road. At the end of this road, turn right and we are the last house on the left just before the road bends sharply to the right.

Located on a lovely quiet road with plenty of space. It is on a sharpish bend so be careful when reversing on/off the driveway.

Had to relocate here at last minute due to previous booking being full on arrival, this was perfect, especially as we were heading to the Ageas bowl.

We had booked two car parking spaces for yesterday and when we arrived, there were only two spaces left and the disabled space. As we reported to Reception to get our 'Reserved' notice to display in our car, two further cars turned up to park while we were waiting for our second car to arrive. Which meant that even using the disabled space, there was one car too many for the spaces available. It took a while to sort out what to do, which involved our second car having to park at an angle in front of our first. The lady at reception was extremely helpful, but obviously it wasn't ideal that there were more cars booked in than spaces available. In the end, a car did drive out just when we were about to walk away, so we could use that space, but it all took about 30 mins to sort out, so a warning to others for the future, that parking there can be a bit of a muddle!
