Perfect for Southall parkrun. When I got back to the car, slightly cold, wet and muddy, the host was about and offered me a cup of tea! Only declined because I had to get a move on, but how lovely! If I'm back for that parkrun, I'll book this space again!

The photo is slightly outdated as it has a garage that has now been converted to a side extension but a quick double check of the rest of the photo showed it was the correct house.
