The app is very misleading. I had searched for a specific place I wanted to park, which showed as available. I followed the instructions to pay to park at my chosen spot, but once I’d paid, I learned that the spot I’d paid for wasn’t the place I’d thought I’d booked. There was no option to change the location or get a refund, or transfer the fee onto the correct location. I tried to change it immediately. App deleted. I will never use it again orrecommend it to any of my family, friends or colleagues.

first time used app for airport parking but felt like a very safe area had no worries leaving car arrived 4am so very dark maybe could have highlighted number as hard to see but found general area & drove slowly until found also another first lol ordered uber between £10 & £13 & waited on road again very easy thankyou very much to the home owners for the use of your driveway going again next year & have no qualms about reusing the site
