Super location. Felt very safe. Only problem was that there seemed to be no 4G so I had to find someone to ask for directions to the station. Fortunately there were some ppl chatting across the road but it is a very quiet residential area and I might not have been so lucky. I still missed my train and had to dash through the fast track at the airport or would have missed the plane too! For others' convenience: to the left of the property is a footpath. Follow this and when it divides take the left hand pathway with a gate at the end. Turn right on the private road you then come out on, and the station is on your left. The platform for Birmingham is the one furthest away - over the bridge. (Confusingly there's no signage to tell you which platform to get).
Once you know what you're doing it's very convenient and fast to get to Birmingham international station and the airport.
