It said payment cancelled about 10 times when I paid with Apple Pay plus no physical pay metre wasted 20 minutes of my time and nearly made me pay for another hour

Very sketchy method of paying. I have contacted your help line to explain my difficulties, I am awaiting a response. Pay on exit; this is very difficult. The phone number displayed doesn't work, and I was unable to put in my exact time of entry. So I had to pay for the time I parked as 1pm to 6pm, not 8am to 1pm etc. Still paid for the amount of time, but not the correct time. Hope this is alright and just park aren't going to try to hit me with fine. Thanks

Worst payment process in the world!!! You must give your customers the option of physically paying by card or with cash. I will not recommend this car park and will not be parking here ever again!!!
