Three spaces located on a private driveway, at the end of a cul de sac on Green Mount in Sidmouth. Each space is large enough to accommodate a campervan. The driveway has external lighting and is protected by CCTV cameras. Sidmouth town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away, via The Byes woodland area (tarmac foot-path and cycle-path). The beach is a 20 minute walk. For coast path enthusiasts, you have direct access to SW coastal path from a foot-path which runs adjacent to the driveway. This is an extremely quiet and very safe location.

Ideal spot to park if you have a car you do not like to leave in public car parks. Lots of room, easy to find and secure. It will take around 15 - 20 mins to walk to the town and sea front but we enjoyed the walk and the chance to explore. Recommend walking via the riverside park.

Quiet cul de sac, felt very safe, parking easy for two vehicles but three vans might be a bit tight. Walking into Sidmouth takes about 20 minutes, some of it is a nice footpath along the river. The walk back is uphill for the last few hundred metres.

It was useful to be able to prebook a parking space prior to arriving for Sidmouth folk festival, which we know from previous years can get gridlocked. Although 1 mile out of town it was a pleasant walk along the river, although the first 1/4 mile was a fairly steep downhill (and therefore uphill on return). We have a small campervan which comfortably fitted in the parking space where we had a peaceful night’s sleep. This drive is quite sloping but chocks solved the problem.
