Parking space on Longlands Road, DA15

What a joke. I arrive and you can't Parkin the space you paid for as there's a car taking up two spaces. Tried to call the soace owner, there phone was off…..unacceptable

I had only successfully used the service once before and found it quite simple.I used this service again to attend my grandsons university graduation. Knowing Sidcup is difficult to find a parking space again l went to JUST PARK. I found a ideal place to park within minutes applied and paid. I received parking instructions within a couple of minutes. I drove to Sidcup the next morning and found the parking space which the owner had described perfectly. Only downside was the parking area was completely dark and this was during the day this was probably down to the freeholder not having security lights.

Booked for two days and I was quite disappointed. After a relatively smooth first day, on the second day there was a large people carrier in the adjoining space that didn't leave enough room for my small car so I had to park elsewhere. The space owner then failed to answer any of my calls or text messages. I wouldn't be wary booking here for these reasons.

Not the biggest space but ok for medium car. Also bit of a steep hump to gain access from the road, low cars or bodykit would scrape the ground.

I followed the directions given by Just Park and it took me down the wrong turning. I found the space by chance.

I arrived at the time I had booked only to find another car was parked in the space I had paid for. I tried to call the owner but the phone rang out and unavailable. Therefore I was unable to leave a message.

I had, a £3,000 motorcycle stolen from this space at night, despite it being in a private underground car park. I would strongly advise against leaving any vehicle in this area.

There was lots of rubbish at the back of the space, old children's car seats, pushchairs, general rubbish. My car didn't fit on the first day so I had to park elsewhere and then bring smaller car on the remaining days. Very disappointing. The general car park felt unsafe and was quite run down.

Brilliant as usual. No issues with finding the parking space good instructions on how to find location. Only improvement I would suggest is the lighting. it was very dark, but other than that was a great place to park. Thank-you and keep up the good work. I've used just Park on previous occasions never any issues.
