App failed zz had a hospital appt. Tried to access in hospital blocked. Had to leave hospital to a chaotic attempt to re register. Finally managed it. Enough to make you ill.

Needed to visit Urgent Care at Queen Mary’s early Saturday morning and fortunately I was seen within the two hour window. Extending would have been very simple though.

It would be useful if you could get credits to your account. I paid for 2 hours but only used 30 mins. You should be able to close session and use remaining minutes for next time.

I didn't understand the App. It ask for my details, I put the time 1hr in. went up stairs in hostipal then I returned half hr later. Put in details again. paid. Then it came up with new times to extend but I was leaving.

Poor signal meant it was difficult to use the app to pay. Had to make three attempts. Thankfully, I was successful on that third try.

The parking itself was ok but I was surprised to be charged for confirmatory and receipt texts when your display board quite clearly said these are free when using the JustPark app. It was only 40p but there is a principle at stake. Many customers would not notice or bother querying it, particularly at a hospital car park when their minds are on other things, so you are presumably making considerable additional revenue from this sharp practice. That is the polite way of putting it. Others would say it is downright fraud. I have already telephoned your customer service team and also made a claim online for a refund of the 40p you wrongly charged me. Regards, Simon Newark
