took to long accepting payment via app, so paid by card, then app approved payment, so paid for parking twice

It's way too expensive for a Hospital parking, difficult to set up the app in an emergency.

App did not indicate which car? so i assumed your camera must know which Reg. On confirmation, that was first time i saw a Reg No. and it was the wrong car. i could find no way to add another car nor change my parking.... not even using your phone number. How do I stop being fined when i have paid?

There are no proper directions on Google maps to find the car park. It took a while to find visitor car park as it lead me first to staff car parks first.
