On the app, the minimum time I could do for queen Mary's hospital was two hours. So I paid the £2 that was required. To my horror, I got a text saying my time was up after an hour. I checked and my booking had changed to an hour and the invoice was saying it had charged me £1.60. Absolute Bollocks. Very disappointed with this service. Disgraceful money grabbing, fraudulent people

There needs to be a lot more patient parking at Queen Mary's Hospital and some directional markings need amendment, e.g. some have been blocked by added parking bays.
