The Car Parks at Queen Mary's Hospital seem to be always virtually full, and I'm always forced to arrive at least 30 minutes before an appointment in order to await a space becoming vacant.

Very busy and packed car parks and bays are very small. I have a new born child and it's very difficult to get them out of the car in this car park. No parent and child bays

Pay and display was out of service and each car park has a different code this could cause ppl to get a fine which isn't fair for those vulnerable and sick and in need
