Very easy to pay for parking

Crappy, overpriced parking, where you have to guess how long you'll be, which leads to erring on the side of caution to avoid even more paying out by way of fines. Oh, and let us not forget the 10p transaction charge, 20p time remaining charge, and 20p SMS charge. Like you don't make enough already, utter scumbags.

Using your web site to pay for parking was easy to use, the only down side was trying to pay for 2hrs parking only was difficult. The system defaults to a much longer time interval. Why not leave this field open so user can choose what suits them. The calculation of parking charge is also slow to calculate. The box MSM text charge etc are also ticked by default. Had no choose really as hospital using JustPark

The Car Parks at Queen Mary's Hospital seem to be always virtually full, and I'm always forced to arrive at least 30 minutes before an appointment in order to await a space becoming vacant.

Spaces could be wider, otherwise ok!

Very busy and packed car parks and bays are very small. I have a new born child and it's very difficult to get them out of the car in this car park. No parent and child bays
