A fucking shambles. came out after dark, machine poorly lit, wouldn't accept card, error messages. tried 4 times to make it work.
Now try using tha app to pay. Shambolic. Designed for youngsters by computer twats. You are a bunch of money grabbing morons.

Drove round for ages looking for car parking space. Cars parked everywhere- kerbs side of road - squeezed into small space and had to leave it to make appointment!

trying to find a parking space is ridiculous. I had to drive in and out of the hospital grounds twice due to the one way system after trying every car park twice. took me 30 minutes to find a space and only just made my appointment. Advise to allow plenty of time to park when visiting.

The payment machines were not working. The first one took about 2 mins saying please wait then cancelling the payment. The second recognised my reg and told me I had to pay £4 it wouldn't accept any of the cards I offered up so I started again and tried cash, it took the first £1 coin then the gap was blocked and wouldn't take any more coins eventually asked for a card for the remaining £3 it still wouldn't take any of the 3 cards I tried. Eventually it cancelled the payment and returned the £1.
I have now had to download an app I don't want and its cost me an extra 70p without any explanation. It has actually in total taken me longer to pay for my parking than we were in the hospital, all I can say is thank god it's Sunday and it wasn't that busy on the car park. This has to be the worse experience ever for paying for parking
