ridiculous how difficult it is to find a parking terminal here

Really difficult to find parking. Machines slow and complicated to use.

Paid by phone as unable to find parking meter after attending A&E

Parking machines not working and need another app to pay. bloody ridiculous. then the app doesn't want to accept my payment method either without a lot of faffing around. absolute rubbish and un-needed stress when trying to visit ill relatives in a hospital. should be free or at least have parking systems that work.

Parking machine in parking area was out of order.

The payment process was horrendous. As this was a visit to A&E we hadn't pre-arranged parking. The app didn't allow us to use Google pay to submit payment without first creating an account, but didn't tell us this, just kept returning to the payment page. Even worse, by the time we had worked out how to get the payment done, the parking fee had increased. Awful process!

As construction works are ongoing and a lot of the original parking has been taken up with construction works and space for contractors welfare and office accommodation . Additional parking areas needed to be sought before construction commenced
