there was no way to register that I had paid. I left for my train. On returning, there was no notice left. I don't know if the carpark was monitored.
I wasn't going to pay again.

It was lovely to have a specific car park already booked but I was concerned that as it was also pay and display, I might have got there and found all spaces taken and not been able to park. I would have like the spaces to have been numbered and then my space would be specific to me

I was offered the option to book parking in Shrewsbury (Dana) when buying train tickets.
When I arrived(at the given time) I found the car park was already full.
As a standard pay and display car park, there doesn't appear to be a way to reserve spaces, so the Just Park service becomes irrelevant. Fortunately all I lost was the booking fee, and I was able to pay for parking at a larger car park nearby, but if I'd relied upon parking at The Dana my plans would have been ruined.
