I was very surprised to receive parking notice on my return to the parking area from APCOA. I arrived much within my parking time and was very angry. I have raised a complaint to them but extremely confused as to why this has happened. We caught the train to Birmingham where my husband is receiving treatment for his heart complaint and at 75 and the sole driver I am pretty disgusted that we have been treated this way.
