Rubbish and stressful machine not working would've probably been with free time slot but so many people having trouble with machine. Finally accepted card payment only to be cancelled again. Said cash but no slot for coins. Had to go back in hospital to explain- all with an upset toddler following painful blood test was distressing. Please fix your machine

Construction work means that accessing some of the spaces is difficult. Fortunately, I brought the smaller of our vehicles and could use a blue badge.

Actually paying was a nightmare as I don't have a mobile phone and could not pay at home using my computer so had to borrow a mobile phone . I would have liked to pay in cash

I can't change my vehicle on your app - I have assigned a private registration to a new car and you don't recognise it. The app is sketchy at best (wrong locations!) and the machines are often inoperative making it hard for a lot of people to use the service without a smartphone. People are really worried about a penalty y charge when your system are literally terrible and there's no status available.

I have requested a refund but as yet no response. Disappointed. I paid but used wrong vehicle. Then paid using correct vehicle. So paid twice . Awaiting refund

I couldn't pay as no signal at the time of leaving. So didn't as soon as I got home and couldn't change the time I left so ended up pay £9 for parking that should of been around £4 Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely rubbish system. solar payment machine didn't work so tried to set up app and tried telephone service. Neither would allow me to pay for earlier parking. System only allows finish parking time after time of data entry.
