Very simple to use and for this trip was completely fuss free. Booked in advance, parked car, returned and car was in the condition we left it. Happy days.

Multistorey carpark past the ground car park of the shopping centre and past the premier inn adjacent carpark. Although no sign to indicate it is a justpark parking, it has signs for ringgo parking and is near a gym.
Took picture for evidence before i left my car in case of pcn. Would recommend people do the same.
Please include number in posting should people need to confirm location as justpark callcentre couldn't help.

My booking was in “Sunbury Multi Stores” (N.B. Not “Multi Storey”). There are 3 potential places at this location could have been where I was meant to park: 2 multi storeys and parking in a car park in front of shops. None of these have any Just Park signage and there is no corresponding identifying number to find to check it with.
Consequently I had to pay again for parking as wherever I left my car there was a 2:3 chance of coming back to a fine and/or clamp.
Tried to use the Just Park help number but with no success and didn’t have time to persevere as my train wouldn’t wait.
Not impressed with this. Poorly organised. Will be contacting Just Park for recompense.
