I wanted to extend my parking by bringing the time forward but it was very confusing because the app wouldn't do it because it overlapped with the original booking so there was a gap of 13 minutes which I couldn't make a booking for.. when I tried I got a message that there was no space. I tried phoning but it was too early and no facility to leave a message.

The app wouldn't allow me to pay the insurance premium, no matter how many times I tried. For the whole period away from the car, I was extremely apprehensive that the car would get damaged.Use of my phone was restricted , so I couldn't connect with anyone to enquire.

Easy to find was a bit confused whether I could park anywhere as I saw a sign for reserved parking. Phoned up just to confirm I could park in any space. Very happy that I could. Will use again as cheapest around & convenient for whole of Salisbury.
