I'm well upset. Paid a lot of money to park at this location. Called host on day at 17.05 hours, twice and texted at 17.09. Thankfully, I had to look for alternative parking so not yo be late for a family event after two hours drive. Host called me at 17.48 hours. so I get an apology but no offer of a refund.
I was early and want a refund for the inconvenience, stress to get to my location on time.

Friendly and really easy. Gave me a key fob for the gate so I could come and go as I please and that was that. Will definitely be booking this one again as it saves me a good £30 in parking costs weekly when I see the other half.
