Tiny writing on signage requiring validation within 60 seconds, at a motorway services which give free parking as standard. Deliberate and sneaky way to extort money from customers.

£15 for a little over two hours feels excessive. The app didn't work the first few times I tried to pay. I had to persevere to be able to pay a charge I don't agree with. At least make it easier to pay with an app that isn't buggy.
