I’ll be honest: I was half-expecting some clever scam and was ready for disappointment! However, the step-by-step process reassured me that the app was genuine. I signed up, paid a very reasonable parking fee, booked my space, and all I had to do was wait for the day to arrive. On the day, I found an easy place to park and headed off for my eight hours of training. Returning to my car, I was half-expecting to find a dreaded parking ticket tucked under the windscreen wiper. But no ticket, no drama, and no nasty surprise! JustPark did exactly what it promised. It was straightforward, hassle-free, and excellent value for money. For someone unfamiliar with the area, it took the stress out of finding somewhere to park. I would happily use it again. My only reservation is the optional extra insurance, which costs a couple of pounds more and appears to offer some protection if your vehicle is vandalised. I appreciate that insurance has its place, but the way this additional cover comes across in the terms and conditions felt a little like paying extra for protection against something you would naturally hope never happens. A clearer explanation of exactly what is covered, what exclusions apply, and whether the cover is genuinely worthwhile would be helpful. Overall, a very positive experience! JustPark turned my parking anxiety into a straightforward success story. I arrived, parked, trained, and returned to my car without a ticket. What more could a motorist ask for? Well done, JustPark. You’ve gained a new customer!
