Parked in a space in Park Lane, Richmond. Really convenient 2 minute walk to Richmond station.
Booking was easy and confirmation/directions very clear. Price for the day very competitive, will definitely use JustPark again

Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the station. When we arrived it was like a mini carpark with about 6 spaces. We didn't know where we were meant to be parking, whether we should have been in a particular space. There was also another person there, looking just as confused, who tried to phone and check, but no answer. I also left a text message and phoned a couple of times to check, but there was no response. The lack of clarification and correspondence was all that let it down.
