Parking on The Warren, RG4

I booked the space for Reading Festival and it was really easy to find and use. Martin was really nice and very kindly drove us to the festival and offered to pick us up when we decided to leave early. I would definitely book the space again next time I go to the festival.

We parked on Martin's driveway for Reading Festival this year. After making our booking Martin contacted me with information on how to access the driveway and a security permit we would need to access The Warren during the festival. Martin was kind enough to drop us off at the white car park entrance and told us about an alternative route out of the campsite on Monday morning - which saved us a very long walk! The Warren is situated perfectly for the white campsite or for any of the others too if you want to avoid the busy car parks and long queues on entry and exit. We will definitely be using this driveway when we next go to Reading Festival.

A good, quiet road and large driveway - felt perfectly safe parking there. Martin was proactive in giving clear directions. One potential drawback is that the space is at the far end of The Warren, which is a long road. Martin very kindly gave me a lift upon arrival, but would otherwise be a long walk into town. I used this space during Reading Festival. The walkthrough at the end of The Warren to one of the campsites wasn't accessible on arrival (reserved for emergency access only), but was handy for a (relatively) quick escape on the Monday. A longer walk than the car park, but skipped the huge queues of cars.
