Hi
I’ve been double charged for the parking
1) Payment done at the time of booking
2) Payment again taken during parking as barrier didn’t open and issued ticket for entering

when we arrived at the barrier, it didn't open and we had to take a ticket . when we left , we had to pay for that ticket too

The car park wasn’t very easy to find. The postcode took me to the main street and not the entrance to the car park. Also there was a broken drain cover which was covered by a metal sheet which had moved.
