Owner was extremely helpful, asked us to call him when near and gave us directions exactly to the property... even though his instructions were very clear anyway. So highly recommend. Perfect situation for reading festival only 15 mins walk, but means you're outside of all the carnage of getting out and get onto motorway in minutes.

Went to Reading Festival but left booking on-site parking too late. However, I found this car park and I am so glad I did - it is a 20/25 minute walk to and from the festival, so close enough to walk, but far enough away to miss the post festival traffic jam. Adrian (owner) was great, really helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Will definitely use this again.
