Parking on Oxford Road, RG1

Good secure parking but struggled to get into through the gate. Unclear instructions.

Great parking space, easy to find, great for the Hexagon or Town Centre

Spot on service and even when I couldn't do the key pad communication was great!

Good safe place to park and an easy walk to the station.

Booking process and everything else seemed to work well, but when we arrived (3 spaces booked), only 2 of the 4 designated spaces were available. Tried to contact the host, but he was unavailable, so we used the only visitor space in the parking area. Could have had a very different outcome.

Good space would definitely recommend

First time user of this service so not 100% sure I used it correctly. The app says entrance is gained by pressing something on the pad at the property. I did that and was then asked for a code,which I didn't have. However a call to the owner and was helped within minutes and access was obtained to a lovely little car park behind secure gates. The hiccup was not the fault of the owners but the inability of the app to accurately detail what's required. Extremely reasonable price charged for parking all day which meant we could meet family and do all we planned without worrying about the ticket expiring. A five minute walk to the Hexigan theatre,10 minute walk back to the car from the food area. Truely and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely use again when we go back.
