Parking on Eldon Road, RG1

For my first experience, the booking was quick, easy and excellent to understand. The directions were good,but unfortunately I drive a big 4x4 and the parking place was up tiny, narrow streets. Didn't help that my satnav kept taking me the wrong way, maybe not informed of the concrete bollards on every turn!! Once I found it, I really don't know if I parked in the right place and because of the size of my vehicle struggled. Was 20 mins late for hospital appointment!! Other than that brilliant, I will use JustPark again, but maybe JustPark could mention the suitability of vehicles in cases like this.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

I could not find the parking space and had to find a parking space in the hospital car park instead which was a nightmare. I followed the instructions using the postcode provided because the car park space is not on Elden road. I was subsequently very late for work and patients were waiting. The instructions need to be clearer

Great location for hospital

Excellent host! Very helpful when you need assistance and very clear instructions for finding the location.

Unfortunately I could not find the location of the parking space and ended up paying for a much more expensive space. Would not recommend as location not reachable

Terrible. Had to call customer services and find another space nearby as this one wasn't clear and did not appear to be where they said it was. Don't book!
