Instructions were fine, code worked, space was suitable for an overnight stay. Tip: SatNav ignores the fact that entrance is on a one way street so check your route beforehand.

Everything was fine except I couldn't enter the car park to get my car out. I was 4 minutes after my allotted time and the code didn't work. I also couldn't get hold of anyone through the helpline even though they were still open according to the opening hours stated on their phone system. Luckily someone in the building was able to let me in to get my car otherwise I don't know what I would have done. I'm a little worried about using this car park if I'll be leaving late in the evening, but will use it again if I know i'll be leaving during the day.

Fairly easy to find and spacious parking. Only downside there is a pile of rubbish have to walk / drive past.

Super easy. The directions were spot on. Took a few minutes to work out where the pedestrian access was as the car park is also accessible to a student accommodation block but no real issues. Upon exit, look for the green button on the right so you don’t go too far up the ramp and then have to reverse when the gate swings back in.

We missed the turning at first but then it was easy to find. Loved that the car park was gated. Even though it was 12 minutes from our hotel it saved us a lot of money. Would definitely use again.

Good parking close to festival place to shop, initially wasn’t sure how to leave without taking the stairs I have a buggy and 10 week old. Found the exit button to allow the big gate to open to let me out. A lot of student rubbish to try to navigate around but otherwise secure and cheaper than the oracle!
