Was pretty busy so had to go up to the 5th floor to find a spot. Slight issue trying to exit as the gate opened but the barrier didn't raise so tried a different exit and that worked ok.

If we leave early then gate should.open automatically, which did not happen when leaving early.

secure place to park however I was charged an additional 7.20 so that I could get a ticket to leave the vehicle

I don't understand why I was charged twice. I paid £5.00 in advance on this app and was then charged an additional £4.00 on exit. All for less than 1.25 hours. No explanation provided in advance. A complete rip-off.

Brilliant parking. Super easy to book, park and then exit on our return. Felt very safe leaving our car for 3 days. Easy walk to the train station to catch the Elizabeth line into London. Much easier than sitting on a coach for hours or spending our life savings on a Train ticket!

Lots of parking and easy to find. Very close to the Travelodge. The only thing was finding my barcode as it isn't sent to you. You have to log into your account and view your receipt. No where does it say that.

Very easy providing you get sent the bar code. Luckily there was a very helpful parking Attendant still working and we left without a hitch. Would use again.
