Roseate House Reading

It was past midnight when we arrived and the instructions were so unclear for finding the place. We ended up at an archway at the end of a road and none of it made sense. Eventually it was fine though.

We did not find it! We had to park elsewhere having been three times round the one way system. We got to the front of the hotel and were stuck. Waste of time and money. Very stressful.

Straightforward to use and good location

This was perfect to use for an appointment in city I don't know, needed to be at an appointment at set time. Directions sent to phone & email. Arrived no problems, parked safely, 2 mins walk from venue, excellent stress free, would recommend & look to use again in future.

Sat nav does not take you to it as it's no entry road

quite difficult to find, postcode given takes you to the wrong side of the one-way street. better to navigate to Abbey Square and then you will find the Roseate Hotel carpark on the left just before the end of the one-way street. 2 spaces before the archway and then a small carpark through the archway, better for smaller vehicles but I got my estate in there without issue

Was easy to book online and received a prompt confirmation. Unfortunately I cannot rate the actual parking experience as my vehicle broke down en route and had to abandon my journey. At this point it was too late to cancel the booking and get a refund. However would have been ideally placed for where I needed to attend.
