The parking was full when I arrived and it took half an hour to resolve with the help of the hotel who don't actually manage the parking. Just Park was mo help in resolving the issue.

The parking area is also used by some locals who park their cars temporarily in front of other cars. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for two different owners to come back so that we could leave the parking plot.

The process of booking was easy to understand and follow and pay but we were not happy when we returned to the car park and there was two cars blocking our car and it took about 10, 15 minutes waiting to leave.

Someone literally blocked me in and it was difficult to get out. Had to wait nearly half an hour for another car to move out of the space next to me to do a 10 point turn to exit the parking bays. Not impressed

Beware - this is a small hotel car park for a big hotel, but the hotel take no action to reserve a space booked on JustPark, so chances are there will be no space available when you arrive. The unhelpful hotel staff say the parking is managed by an independent company and direct you to the nearest public car park.

We actually did not need to use the space after all as we were able to park in The Premier Inn Central luckily in view of our disabled passenger!! It was reassuring to know we had an alternative should that not have been the case as we were unfamiliar with the area and were arriving quite late.

Got to place I had reserved a parking space for all day - paid £16. Only to find no spaces available. behind a hotel and spoke to receptionist who explained that a separate company running this and they could do nothing about it!
Luckily some guests were leaving when a concierge came with me to review the situation. Which was very lucky as I was running very late for meeting and didn't need this extra hassle.

This space is in the car park of the Roseate Hotel. The manager of the hotel was rude and abusive. His friend had parked across the space I had booked, and as I was in a rush and no-one was around, I just parked behind that car. 20 minutes later the manager came to the restaurant we were in, and started shouting at us for blocking in his friends car. We moved our car and then parked in the space we booked, but the manager continued to abuse us for another 15 minutes after he parked. Would give 0 stars if possible.
