Booking the space was really easy, I booked it from 8.30to 12.30, but then when you sent me my confirmation by email it said 10.30 to 14.30, I thought probably just a glitch on your part, so I went ahead with the Parking, luckily there was nobody parked there when I got there, but the owner obviously got the wrong times as well because he said to me I shouldn’t have been there till 10:30, so I sent him the screenshot of my booking and he was quite happy, it was just a bit stressful for me having an important appointment at the hospital, and not being sure there will be a space for me.
Anyway, it was all good in the end

Didn't receive any instructions beforehand but dont think they were required. Only 15 minute walk to hospital and was very easy to find. Took the stress out of trying to find a spot on the day - would use again, thank you.
