Arrived at the address and spoke with the owner who was very helpful. Gave advice on how to get to PNE football stadium and best route to leave to avoid traffic, the perfect host. Very happy leaving my vehicle and would us this location again.

Very good location if visiting Deepdale. Pub close by and approx 15-20 mins walk to the ground. Easy access from/to M6. Excellent communication with owner and will use again. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great spot for the football. Easy 20 min stroll to Deepdale Owner very helpful, gave us directions for a shortcut back to the M6, which we used.

Absolutely exceptional. The location is ideally situated for matches at Preston NE, about 20 min walk, just far enough to make sure you're not stuck in traffic. M6 is a short drive away. Andrew, the house owner, is a lovely guy, came out to meet me and give me directions to the ground, The really special point though is this. I have no idea how it happened, but I managed to lose my wallet - must have fallen out of my jacket as I grabbed it out of the car. He found it the following morning and called me first thing to alert me. As I said, nice guy and utterly trustworthy. Park here, you won't find better.

Parked up in the space adjacent to the driveway in front of the house. Met the lady owner who kindly directed us to Deepdale. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the ground. Really good. Close to the M6. Would use again.
