Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Saw him a few times and he was chatty, also sent me details of local transport links etc. space was plenty big enough and easy to find. Off the main road so easy to park.
Very good location with a cut through to the station and high street. I parked for work at the theatre and this space would be ideal for those working at the local theatre as it was no more than 3 mins walk.

Only thing I will say is if you have a low vehicle it will ground on the drive way apart from that good communication from the owner
