Very disappointed, there was a car parked in the space when we arrived and the person living in the house knew nothing about the space as reported their landlord rents the space out. Would not recommend.
Martin M14th December 2025
I arrived and both spaces were filled. I knocked on the door but no answer. I waited outside, unsure what to do, when someone came out the house. I took the opportunity to ask what was going on. I was told that they are tenants and they park their cars there, but the landlord keeps renting the space, and not telling them. The space is NOT big enough for 2 cars. Seems this is a landlord just interested in money and nothing more. Stay clear if you want a guaranteed spot.

There were 2 cars already in the space which was allocated to me. I was really disappointed and caused me lot of unconvinced.

Excellent.

Such a crazy good location, ease to pull in and out of, right next to a couple of key roundabouts so easy to get to and from motorways etc.

VERY TIGHT SPACE!!! I drive a 3 door mini and it only just fitted in the space with the owners big car parked there! Good location for Gunwharf Quays to be fair.
Matthew C4th December 2019
Busy road to pull out onto and easy to miss but very well located.
Jordan B29th April 2018
Parked here to attend an interview as didn't know how busy it would be, really easy to find, loads of room to park & only a 2 minuet walk from my destination :)
