Single entry
A secure car park, requiring entrance by fob. Located in the centre of Gunwharf Quays, a few minutes walk from Portsmouth Harbour Train Station, Wightlink Isle of Wight ferry port and The Hard.
A member of staff will be AVAILABLE from 9am-6pm daily to exchange key fobs. Minimum 1 week parking, otherwise we won't be able to host thus will cancel your booking. Please message us with any questions.
We require a £60 cash deposit which will be returned to you upon the key fob being given back to us at the end of your stay. However if you do not wish to provide us with a deposit you can just contact us on the number we have provided, as we have somebody on-site everyday from 9am-7pm who is able to grant access through the main gates into the parking area.

Very easy to book. Very convenient for Gunwharf Quays shops (30 secs) and Marina (2 mins) Good value as secure garage below prestigious apartment development. Drop off and pick up were simple.

Physical car parking facilities etc were good. My issue was, despite requesting in advance (and paying for!!) access from 7am, no one was available to let me in until after 9am! Repeated calls were made only to be responded with" our office hours are fro 9am to 6pm ...." No one ever returned my calls. Email messages were left...no
response. It was only the kind assistance from the concierge (big shout to Barry) of the building that I was given a a temporary parking slot until JustPark staff eventually turned up and I was directed to my paid bay.

The parking space was 7 minute walk to the Spinniker itself. Very safe parking. I would recommend.
