Payment for parking was easy. Directions to the car park was well defined. Costs compared to others was competitive and my car was in a safe place. Well done

Using the app to book was straightforward and our parking spot was good value. Retrieving the booking details, especially the parking instructions wasn’t as easy. Make sure you know where everything is before you set off.

Easy to find and use, reasonable price and great location for easy walk to Fratton Park stadium. Also, great location for getting out with minimal traffic problems after the match.

Somewhat difficult to feel confident about finding the first time around. Also location hidden from main road by block of flats means that any attempt to break into a car is unlikely to be noticed.

It was cheap, and in case the ferry back was delayed I extended by 24 hours and it was still cheap. The location wasn't great, a walk across town to the ferry terminal, but fine nonetheless. The main issue was the numbering system, as another reviewer has pointed out. Confusion reigned when I arrived. One JustPark customer had not parked in an allowable bay, it was reserved for one of the local residents, and traffic wardens come round daily, so the unlucky driver had a succession of parking fines lined up on their window. The 18/28 numbering issue is a real problem, confusing JustPark customers, residents, and apparently traffic wardens as well. Take a photo of your car clearly showing the bay number. The issue is solved if someone could take a few pieces of masking tape with a number 1 written on each to cover the incorrect 2 on the road signs. You are quite likely to get chatting with the local residents whose garden area borders the parking area, make friends, they are nice people.
