I was expecting to have a dedicated parking space however on arrival it's just an open car park so your booking isn't guaranteed. The other issue I had is that it's not clear on what to do. The car park doesn't mention anywhere about 'Just Park' and pushes its own payment system which makes you think that you haven't paid. The Just Park app doesn't provide any information on situations like this which could put the users mind at ease. All that needs to be done is a comment put against that particular car park so users are aware. I ended up phoning the help line for clarification and still have an element of doubt about whether I'm going to receive a fine for not paying.

Found easily with sat nav disappointed it was so far from the harbour station must have misunderstood the distance as from the main station

Booking was easy but the instructions were to go up the ramp to car park level 2….the car park has no level 2 just levels abc..didn’t need this kind of confusion as I was already late as held up by traffic..your instructions need to be clearer..also the parking Time could have been for longer maybe you should show the maximum length for the fee paid..

I drive a large car so am sometimes concerned about space sizes and height restrictions. No concerns whatsoever with this car park though and was easy to find and central location.

It is more expensive to pre book on your website and not have a dedicated space then if you turn up on the day and just pay then and there.
