Just drove in, but information wasn't clear on whether I needed to input car details into payment machine or not. I didn't do this at the machine and Number recognition meant I could leave easily.

When we got to the parking space there were none available, now waiting on a refund. The number we were given to call did not answer after numerous attempts. Really poor service
