My issue is with the app... when i returned to my car (1hr after parking) it looked like the app hadnt started as the was no option to stop the parking meter so i went about my day... few hours later my wife asked how much my parking was and I told her what happened upon opening my app again to show her the meter was still running... overcharged for an issue with the app
