the app would not let me end the parking so I was charged for 2 extra hours

I tried to start my parking but the app wasn’t able to as internet connection was poor. So I closed the app and paid in the machine snd got a ticket. However it appears that the app must have connected and it was only later that I found that I was charged for 3 hours parking on the.app. So not only did I pay twice for the hour that I parked but also for another 3 hours when I was at home.
This would indicate a problem with the app design which can penalise the customer. If my loss was more than the £1.71 that I was overcharged I would be demanding a refund.

I have been issued with a ticket even though I paid!!!!

We forgot to cancel our parking and when we remembered and tried to cancel we were unable to and the app kept timing our parking. I tried to seek support from the message service but the message bot did not understand the issue we were having.
