app design forced me to pay minimum charge then it was designed in a way that kept the clock ticking and meant I would have to remember to stop parking. I just wanted to pay an hour. seeing that I'd been charged for an hour I cancelled. but got a £90 penalty notice within the hour if paid for. so so annoyed.
