I was overcharged. I stopped the parking in the app when I returned to my car but was charged for the remainder of the day. I have passengers who witnessed that I did so. A disgrace of an app. I contacted just park and never heard back

Didn't realise that I had to say when I left. The app is not very clear, I thought I'd paid for 1 hour and left before the hour was up only to come back to my accommodation and find that I had to say I'd left. Therefore I paid for extra time I hadn't used.

app not working right - did booking and then app cancelled it - have been charged £2.50 instead of £.58p - disgusted!!!

App froze 22hours later was still saying I'm parked there. Won't allow me to stop parking even though I left last night. And can't start a new booking in a new car park. Parking good - app rubbish.
