My problem was with the app. It didn't seem to process the paying so we went to another car park a bit nearer to our destination and ended up paying for new car park space only to realise the original payment went through so ended up paying twice for parking.

The machine was not working and lots of people were unable to park because they did not have a phone! I needed. The disabled bay to enable me to get my mother walker out without holding up other people waiting to park.
